Sonnnn, please excuse my language but dis nigga Fab fuccin ripped it. In this Brooklyn (We Go Hard) Remix he drops so many Brooklyn references, Nostrand, Utica, St. Johns, Linden, the list goes on and on. If you are from Brooklyn you're going to love this track, and play it on repeat, and probably put it in you away message, facebook status, ringtone, etc (you'll find something). Enjoy

Super Hero Dunks
So I was traveling through the blog worl d as I usually do and i stumbled across these amazing concept dunks. Based off of some super heroes & villians from our childhood. Ironman, Batman, Robin, Shredder [wow who thought of him?] and Wolverine. My personal favorites are the batmans [im going to get the SB Mids soon enough] but the Ironman's and Shredders are pretty cool too. These are all custom IDs so I don't think you can buy them but you might be able to make them yourself on nikeid.com.

Seven Pounds
So this is the movie of the year. I don't care that it came out yesterday, the plot is so intricate but it comes together so well. You have to pay attention to everything because all pieces of information serve a purpose later on in the movie. It is also a very sad movie. Pretty ironic how Will Smith wears an "808 & Heartbreak" throughout most of the movie.
But yea, this movie tells the tale of a man who is torn by causing the death of seven individuals, his wife among them. "God created the world in seven days, I destroyed mine in seven seconds." The number seven is also a reoccuring theme in the movie. (this is kind of a spoiler lol) In return for the seven lives he caused to be taken he saved seven lives. He gave his home, liver, lung, bone marrow, left eye, right eye, and his heart.
In short, go watch it!

808s, an Art Break
OK, I stumbled across this while looking thru DubFrequency's blog. Visual interpretation of each track on the album by an artist known as Fred Hart. My favorite pieces are the Love Lock Down piece and Pinnochio Story. I like all of them though. Enjoy.
“Well here it is, the complete series of my version of 808s & Heartbreak song covers! I begin with the initial cover for the album, and then go song by song, as they’re presented on the album, each telling a story through imagery, as a metaphor for the journey Kanye West has traveled that allowed us this genius piece of work, 808s & Heartbreak. Each cover looks to create a sort of frame by frame for the album as a whole, with imagery relating to each song, a still shot from each song that allows you to use the lyrics and project your interpretations of each song onto the piece. This is my tribute to Kanye West, whose trials and tribulations have undoubtedly made this the album of the year, if not this decade in my opinion, and a tribute to his mother Donda West as well. So I hope you enjoy this artwork, and please feel free to let me know what you think.” [Fred Hart aka Fhart06]

Blueprint 3
While Jay-Z told us that the album might come out as late as 09, I knew he was lying. Hov always drops his albums at the end of the year, and the BP3 is said to drop before christmas.
He has 3 total singles from the album so far. Jockin Jay-Z, History and Brooklyn We Go Hard ft. Santogold. I like all three, thought I haven't heard too much of the last two. I've been too busy listenin to 808s and Thr33 Rings. Enjoy.

"The Clouds Is In My Vision, Look How High That I Be Gettin' and It's All Because of You"
So recently I've had a few tracks off of Kanye West's album on repeat and this one song featuring Lil Wayne has caught my attention. This reminds me of the Weezy from Something You Forgot (off of the Drought Is Over Pt. 2 Carter 3 Sessions). Pouring out his heart, which was hurt so I guess that is where the leak came from in the first place.
808s & Heartbreak has 11 songs which are about Kanye West's broken heart thanks to his ex-fiance and the final track Coldest Winter is about his deceased mother Donda "MomYe" West.
Back to the song with Wayne, See You In My Nightmare is a song proclaiming the hurt that the artists feel thanks to the respective females. There is a line where they say "see you in my nightmare, how the hell did you get there, cause we were once a fairytale . . ." Enough from me, enjoy the song on your own.

How Could You Be So
Well the 2nd video off of Kanye West's debut R&B album titled 808s & Heartbreak which drops November 25th was released to the public. This video is way better than the Love Lockdown video, which made no sense at all, it was more like an ode to Africa or something. Anyway, observing this video and the video for Go Hard (DJ Khaled ft. Kanye West & T-Pain) I realized that Kanye West has stopped shaving and cutting his hair. I am pretty sure that this is all a manifestation of his torn emotions and broken heart but can this also be a cry for help? I Guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Okay so everybody who's anybody and even the nobodys know that Barack Obama is not the president of the United States. But he is next in line. I'm glad he won because I trooped all the way from Stony Brook to Brooklyn to vote for him. Plus my record Voting is 1-0, I like this whole democracy thing now that I can finally utilize it lol.

808s and Heartbreak
The name of Kanye's upcoming album. Two and a half songs are currently out. I can't stress how amazing this music is. Motivated by the death of his mother and the departure of his trifiling ass girl (lol) seriously though this guy is heart broken and is pouring out his soul in his music. Since Put On he has been a legendary jukebox of lyricism, beats and now vocals.
So here are his Two and a Half Songs (Coldest Winter is only a sample of the full song released for radio).
Kanye West - Love Lockdown
Kanye West - Heartless (A Sample as well cuz iMeem is gay, or rather just the people who put music there.)
And Coldest Winter is not on iMeem =/

Good Morning
Yet another video from Kanye West's Graduation. The first track, Good Morning. I actually saw this video alread but it was a recording on a camera or cell phone from somebody who must have gotten a sneak peak. Well here it is for you viewing pleasure. Kanye West is depicted as the trademark bear from all of his albums, it's a pretty cool video in my opinion. I was looking to put it online a month or two ago but I could just never find it. Enjoy.

Usain Bolt - gotta love him
Well if you did not watch the olympics you still probably heard of Usain Bolt aka Michael Phelps on land aka It's a Celebratin B****es lol. Some people comment on his unsportsmanlike showboating but I say if you break every world record for every event you compete and you have time to jog then you can do whatever you like.

Nike Octagon Dunk One Piece
So I was surfing the blogworld today and I stumbled across these ingenious looking dunks on Ghetto Supreme's blog. The concept reminds me of the famous french painter Claude Monet and his concept of impressionism. From up close the image looks blurry and unclear but from afar you see a sharp image. These dunks will be released with 5 colorways to my knowledge. I don't know when they will drop so just keep yours eyes peeled.

Jockin Jay-Z
Kanyeezy produced another hot track, Hov ripped it once again. This swaggerful masterpiece was first introduced to us at the Glow In The Dark tour. This uses a sample by Run DMC which really says I see you jockin J.C. but it sounds like Jay-Z to the whole world. This song has been talked about on ya AIMs, blogs, myspaces, radios, cell phones, etc you get the point. Enjoy.
Song of the week duhh, what else would I listen to besides the I Put On Remix?

Chess-Boxing: The Comeback of Chess | Hypebeast
I was checking on my usual blogs and I found this interesting. I'm not a nerd but I tend to play chess more than I like boxing. I don't necessarily find chess-boxing to be the most interesting idea but I like the idea of trying to make chess more socially accepted among the less nerdy types nah mean.

The Testimony of Gemstones
Yea I changed my mind about that Seeing Sounds review, I gave eight of the songs 5 stars; Everyone Noes, Anti Matter, Spaz, Sooner or Later (should get a 6), Happy, Kill Joy, Love Bomb, and Lazer Gun gets a 4.
So I am one of the few Gemini fans that I know, and let the record say, I like his singing more than his rapping. Well I'm sure that you have heard Fahrenheit 1/15 series by Lupe, well Gemini made parts 5 & 6 which jus recently dropped. Hit up ya Bittorrents or Limewires or do what you gotta do to get part 6, it's pretty cool. Like track 16 I Love Her where he makes a song about the perfect girl but you think it's a real girl until at the end where he says that she only exists when he reads these rhymes, he'll see her again when he'll press rewind. Great song, When I Get On (track 20) is also good. Cop It!

Last time he was Mr.Funny guy, well now he's following Snoop and singing. My nigga hov singing the light-rock. Oasis - Wonderwall performed by none other. Song of the week, Marco Polo. This song is madd addictive. "Never been fake cause the girls love official, S.O.D. cuz bitches love intials" "This is not the matrix, but I am the oracle, do you want to fuck me, the question is rethorical".

Jay-Z getting interviewed by some white guy on some European show. I'm not one to over-indulge in television so for all I know this gets broadcasted in the U.S. though I highly doubt it. These people curse on tv and the U.S. aint that cool. Notice the HardKnock Life intro music for Hov, pretty hilarious. By the way, I love Hov, but those glasses . . . Fail!

My son Soulja Boy (still 17) gettin back at Ice-T (A Milli Yon Years Old) for his video bashing of Soulja Boy. This video was funny enough to make me put up a new away message. OMFG this was hilarious. Yo, I'm about to graduate, great.

wow. its been a while.
Yea I've been slacking recently. But I was busy with prom and a whole bunch of other stuff. Prom was fun, after-party was crazyyyy. If you don't know then don't worry lol. Graduation is on wednesday and school ends on thurs. We are entereing a phase in my life that i currently feel like referring to as the Maturation of Leelee.
On saturday I went to the South Street Seaport for the first time with a friend. Even though I've lived in NYC my whole life there is a lot of stuff I haven't seen apparently. It's a pretty cool place with lots to do. Check it out sometime.
BTW. Song of the week . . .

This has been an interesting week filled with senioritis. Met the parents today lmao. Well I love my Nike SB Mid November Rain dunks, and recently I made a purchase to compliment them. Anti-Lakers 08
So i hate the patriots, and i loathe Kobe and whoever he is associated with, which happens to be the Los Angeles lakers. I've always liked Ray Allen since that Spike Lee joint, and Paul Pierce is the man, KG is the Randy Moss of basketball, regardless if I hated him he'd still win and be nice awesome. Well the Celtics faced off against the Lakers in the NBA finals (again) on thursday . . . and the Celtics molested and violated!!!!!!. Any hopes of a Lakers Victory died when KG raped the spirits of Lakers fans worldwide with this dunk.
Game 2 is tonight, lets go ANTI-LAKERS 08!!!!!

C3
Fuck with me wrong, I'll Fuck with ya home
like a letter to your wife saying "your husband is gone"
like muslim I'm calm but like muslim I bomb
and beat the track up like a hundred arms
I'm funky like underarms, the engineer's recording a thunder storm
my hunger forms, ring the alarm
tha Carter II was nice
but the 3rd times a charmm
I Just had to quote Lil Wayne for a little intro, you can catch that 16 at the end of the aforementioned (or pasted) song.
The Carter III is one of the albums that I have managed to get my hands on, and must I say that I am impressed.
Track Listing and commentary
01. 3 Peat
The beat is pretty cool, this sounds like Vintage Weezy. "bitch swallow my words, taste my thoughts, and if it's too nasty, spit it back at me". A whole bunch of metaphors behind a hoarse yelling-ish voice. But in the hook notice his subtle use of the concept of 3. A Cool intro. 4 stars
02. Mr. Carter [ft. Jay-Z]
I LOVE this trackkkkk, I definately had it on repeat for like 12 hours on sunday. I posted it late last week so you can get more detailed commentary on it. "blind eyes could look at me and see the truth" . . . "man i got summer hatin on me cuz im hotter than the sun, I got spring haton on me cuz i aint neva sprung, winter hatin on me cuz im colder than yall, and i will neva i will neva i will neva fall, im bein hated by the seasons, so fuck yall who hatin for no reason" -This nigga Weezy. 5 stars, no question.
03. A Milli
I like the version with Corey Gunz better. He said "drop a rock wit dem Obamas", it sounded pretty cool. Weezy still held it down. Some good lyricism in here, what you would expect from Weezy at this point. The beat is official though. 4 stars.
04. Got Money [ft. T-Pain]
This song is hot, it's hype and crazy. T-Pain held the hook down, everyone form that record label holds down the hooks yo. Wayne does not even say like a crazy punchline or complicated rhyme or anything. But everything that he says just sounds hot. Like That Umbrella reference and the last line he says is officialll. 5 stars.
05. Comfortable [ft. Babyface]
I originally heard this song from The Drought Is Over, Pt. 4 and I liked it back then. A nice chill R&B concept with a nice rhyme scheme which is strong enough to support it. It get's a 4.
06. Phone Home
WEAKKKKK. smh Weezy. A little bit of the Crank Dat Soulja Boy verse plus some E.T. = failure. 3 stars, maybe itll grow on me.
07. Dr. Carter
This was originally a freestyle on The Drought Is Over, Pt. 4. Well Weezy put a Swizzy beat behind it and changed the flow up a little. Found some next chick and made her pretend to be a nurse, started diagnosin the rap game and he got himself a nice track. 5 Stars.
08. Tie My Hands [ft. Robin Thicke]
Yo this album taught me to appreciate Robin Thicke. I mean i still don't support white guys with black girls but I respect good music. This beat is madd chill, like somebody died or something. It's so solemn, you know, something you could sit back and light an L to. 5 stars. Touche Mr.Thicke, Touche.
09. Shoot Me Down
Produced by Kanye, not the typical soul beat. This song is still cool though. Lil Wayne sounds quite swaggerful on this. Could be better. The hook is great though. The hook brings this song to a safe 4 stars.
10. Playin' With Fire
I like the beat, madd old skool piano, reminds me of Dreamgirls or some Aretha Franklin shyt. "But the bitch say I'm hot, I say no bitch im blazin, what do u expect, ima mothafuckin Cajun". He stay slippin in the N.O. references, i respect one who respects where he came from. This track is madd hotttt. Pun intended. 5 Stars.
11. Lollipop [ft. Static Major]
All right real talk, I'm not really feeling this song. I love the Ryan Leslie cover and the remix, and that is what made this grow on me. But the original song, the one on the album. Ehh, 3 Stars out of 5.
12. La La [ft. Brisco & Busta Rhymes]
This beat is cool. David Banner you a genius for this one. It's mad catchy, makes the song better, while Weezy is just rhymin and rhymin and doin a good job at that. 5Stars before I forget. "4 tears in my face and u aint neva herd me cry, I'm richer den alla yall I got a bank full of pride".
13. Nothin' On Me [ft. Juelz Santana & Fabolous]
All my friends love Fab on this track. His Waynes Bros. references are crazyyy. A couple of people I know are disappointed in Wayne because he let Fab rip hip on his own track. And nobody really expected much lyricism from Juelz . . . I mean come on . . . he sounds nice but has no subtance. 4 stars.
14. Let the Beat Build
This beat sounds maddd Kanye . . . because Kanye made it. I love everything about this track. Weezy slowed it down a bit, he did say some dumb stuff but overall he did a good job with the rhyming. "if i hop out, it be suicide, no back seats, call it paralyzed". I like the ending though, he lets the track build up and just finishes it, "now thats how you let the beat build bitchhhh". 5 Stars.
15. Mrs. Officer [ft. Bobby Valentino]
I love this track. 5 stars. Bobby V ripped it with his hook and that falsetto sound he makes. Weezy also got a couple of punchlines in there. Interesting concept, a lady cop, just twist everything a man cop would say, and put a little sexy spin on it. "All she want me to do is fuck the police". Cool Beanz.
16. Misunderstood
This track is mostly Weezy spittin wisdom. He actually sounds kind of wise, I gave this 5 stars because i like to listen to knowledge behind a cool relaxed beat.
Something You Forgot should have been on this!!!!!
Overall this album gets a 4.4 out of 5. Not bad at all.

Torrential Downpours
Today it rained . . . a lot. And I had to kill time outside so I got wet . . . But it was ok because today was good day. Went to Men's Warehouse and got my tux. Black blazer, grey vest, black shirt, grey tie. I think I will totally F-L-Y and if you can't spell then I'm a very swell guy. lol.
Okay so sometimes when I'm on limewire and I find a song by an artist, I just start clicking every other song that they have and I don't really listen to them, I just let them pile up so I eventually end up with a limewire playlist of mad fresh songs. I ran across this song. It has a nice violin-dominated beat with a smooth Kanye-like flow. Plus Estelle sounds mad nice on the hook and her lil 8 bars of vocal greatness. The rhymes remind me of Bittersweet Poetry, the whole concept reminds me of Kanye actually, maybe Kidz In The Hall are from Chicago or something. Oh well, enjoy.
Kidz In The Hall ft. Estelle - Love Hangover
edit - yea they are from Chicago, Southside none the less . . . go figure

Mr. Carter
It's a Carter Family Affair on this track. Dwayne featuring Shawn and must I say that this track is pretty cool. The beat is kind of relaxing, Kanye probably made it. On Jay-Z verse he started off rhyming with a type Lupeish flow, it was cool to listen to. Enjoy.

Buzzin Freestyle
Well I don't know if everyone hear has heard Buzzin by Schwayze. I like the beat personally, the soothing rythym of the acoustic guitar with the relaxed lyricism of a laid back rapper (Shwayze, even his name sounds laid back). He kinds of reminds me of Lupe Fiasco with his flow. Well I can't find this song online to put it up but don't worry, I'll try again later.
Recently I've been noticng (and ignoring) this underground phenom known as Wale. He's on some Cool Kids remix and I think Lupe like him or something. Oh well, a few music addicts that I know of are constantly talking about them and I like the Buzzin beat so i figured I'd give this track a listen. It's pretty cool. Too bad I can't really tell which person is Nando McFlyy and which person is Wale . . . o well.
This is cool thought, "ditch the cannon, Christina Milian" lol "sign me now but refuse to wear a chain, i refuse to be a slave again" and my favorite line, "hell I wanna ball like kobe, but I won't hog" . . . AMEN to that.

Weezer - Pork and Beans
Ok I honestly know nothing about this song, but the video is great. It is like a collabo of youtube greats, quite hilarious actually. We see the guy from "shoes" in here, the bananas from Peanut-Butter-Jelly Time, the chocolate rain kid, the singing fat guy, etc.
You know what, the song isn't bad either. It is rebel music (duh, it is a rock song). Matter of fact, I can really rock out to this. Also the water effect is pretty cool. Catch the Timberland reference around the middle of the song, recently my friends and I noticed that if Timberland produced your song you are automatically promised recognition and airplay on Hot 97. I mean why else would you find Justin Timberlake and Madonna there? And what happened to the One Republic single that he didn't produce? Yeah . . . I don't know if they have one either . . . Well without further Adu (yo he gets mad shout outs in songs), I present to you . . .

Flashing Lights, the 2nd video
Kanyeezy has been working very hard this year. Remember how Jesus Walks had like 3 videos, well he's doing the same thing for Flashing Lights. This video is pretty interesting, it depicts a model living the fast life, but at the end she gets raped or something and ends up crying on the train (i'm pretty sure its the A or C, I mean i know Kanye's from chi-town but i've taken the A and C and that is my professional opinion).
Yea i'm kind of tired from playing football today so I don't have much to say . . . enjoy.

Nike Illuminated Confusion Dunk
More dunks, well they did say that 2008 would be the year of the dunk. Now if I can get an invite to the exclusive nike id store on Elizabeth st or if they drop some black and carolina blue SBs then i'm set. Also if I could get a job to support my sb dunk needs that would help.
Well these dunks look cool with the light off. You know like an ugly girl who's great in bed or something but when the lights are on the appeal goes away? This is pretty much that concept in sneaker form.
These sneakers by Evolved Footwear are overpriced (and ugly in the daytime). But if you can afford it (and you're nocturnal) then go for it.

Nike SB Lobster Dunk
Well one thing about me is that I love nike's, I love dunks, I love SB dunks, and I love concept dunks, especially SBs. I mean i treasure my November Rains and I STILL want a pair of MF Dooms.
So Concepts Fishing Co. will be releasing their Nike SB Lobster Dunk on saturday, May 31st. The shoe will be limited edition (sorry ladies or people with small feet) available exclusively at Concepts. The first 200 pairs will include special stuff such as a condiment box and a poster. This is based off of fishsing in New England (because apparently fishing is big up there).
The event will be catered by Legal Seafoods, who will have lobster appetizers (go figure). There will also be a raffle for more goodies. The shoe itself costs $150 and the first 50 pairs will come with a special limited edition wooden box.

College Life
Yo the college life is stressful, and i'm still in highschool. I just had to finsih my 6 page sociology final paper on inequality, and I am quite tired, but I still want to blog because I found an intersting thing or two that I feel liek sharing. Aren't I a nice guy, and pretty F-L-Y and if you can't spell then I'm a pretty swell guy . . . Sorry, but The Cool Kids rock.
The Hellboy II: Golden Army based Adidas
These sneakers were made for the upcoming Hellboy sequel, a collaboration with Adidas and Universal Studios. The colors are cool for people who like the whole red & gold combination. I don't wear gold so I'm not getting them but if someone can wear them correctly they will look pretty great. Be sure to leave the tongue in front of the strap because that is what anybody who is as cool as me would do . . . I'm just saying.
Drugs Couture
Now you probably think that this is about drugs on t-shirts on something. Well in a way you're correct. It is about the first drug known to man. Woman. This is a great concept because drugs can make you feel really good, but will lead to your downfall later. Like Adam & Ev . . . and marriage. The philosophy of this female only line is expressed in the companies two slogans: "Addiction Is Love" & "Withdrawal is a Broken Heart". Yeah I know, meaningless female jargon but whatever, enjoy ladies.

What Up Man
So as you may (probably not) know the Cool Kids album, The Bake Sale EP is scheduled to drop on June 10th. Well i caught whiff of a few of their tracks and when I heard the beat from this one I wanted to run to the nearest drum set and just start playing. It's a beat that everyone can understand, it is so simple yet so great. If you have no idea what i'm talking about then listen to it yourself.
For those who don't know, The Cool Kids consist of Mikey Rocks and Chuck Inglish, Chuck is the producer, and he gets busy. You should listen to their previous album Totally Flossed Out (copied from Totally Krossed Out by Kriss Kross might I add) and hear some of their work, these guys get the job done. And if anyone watched the video I posted a few days ago you can see a video of Chuck, Lupe and some rock & roll guys working on some great-sounding remix.

Lupe Fiasco Hot97 interview w/ Angie Martinez
So Lupe went to hot 97 to get interviewed by Angie Martinez. This time he wasnt late! And she didnt threaten his life! Progress among professionals is something i like to see. They did not really talk about anything new. Fall of Rome was mentioned, Chris Brown & Rihanna in the GITD (Glow In The Dark) tour, and Mrs. Fiasco. Just kidding, Lupe isn't marrie dbut apparently he has a girlfriend, and then the groupie hos started calling up Hot97 declaring how sexy Lupe was and all of the groupie talk. Seems like Lupe has taken great steps since And He Gets the Girl, but maybe this means that Go Baby was about a specific person. Hmmm, Lupe has fooled us once again.
Any guesses? He said that she was on tour, is Sarah Green on tour? She's a lady in Lupe's camp, or maybe it's Nikki Jean. Maybe Lupe has been schemin and bagged some next shorty, like . . . I don't know, I have no idea who else is on tour right now, i've only been caring about GITD. Oh well, good luck in your endeavors Lupe. And remember, that "safe sex is great sex, better wear a latex, cause you don't want that late text, that 'I think i'm late' text".

Nike Air Yeezy, hmm this is like his year or something
They say your attitude determines your latitude
I'm high as a motherfucker - fly as a motherfucker
And still the motherfucker you love to hate
But can't - because you love what I make
Now ain't - that about a bitch
And I'ma talk shit until I'm out of hits
They don't want to turn they speakers up they claim I ain't deep enough
All that talkin' I feed off of - keep it up
I'm relaxin' my feet is up - I'm leavin' you haters
Like when Shaq left the Lakers just to "Heat" it up
I state the stats to stunt - I don't need to front
I make history e'ry day - I don't need a month
The survey says - by the streets according
Kanye's just important as Michael Jordan
Was to the NBA when he was scorin'
Ralph Lauren was borin' before I wore him and..
That's from Brand New (Rhymefest ft. Kanye West) in case you were wondering. So Kanye was serious when he said that, because Nike gave him a sneaker deal too. They're not even that bad, I mean i'd prefer a different color scheme since I don't wear purple or orange but when new colors drop (or the sneaker itself) I might get down.
And be on the lookout for this The Cool Kids + Lupe Fiasco collabo

MTV's top 10 rappers of 2008
1. Kanye West
2. Jay-Z
3. Lil Wayne
4. Rick Ross
5. Snoop Dogg
6. 50 Cent
7. Lupe Fiasco
8. Young Jeezy
9. Andre 3000
10.T.I.
Hmmm, interesting list to say the least. I guess this is the part where i comment on this selection. 1st off, who made MTV the authority on hip hop? Did you see who they had picking? Sway is still alive? And who was that girl? Or that guy? Or all those other guys? Smh is all i can say.
Besides this of course:
1. Kanye West:
Yeezy, you did good son. Your album was great, I hear your tour is ridiculous and your verse on that Lollipop Remix and I Put On are fire. However, I still think your big brother is better than you. No offense, but Jay-Z will always be number 1 in my list of the hottest current rappers as long as he currently raps. Kanye is either 2 or 3.
2. Jay-Z:
American Gangster was muchhhhh better than Kingdom Come (thank God). Say Hello, Pray, and those aren't even any of the singles. This reminds me of the Jay-Z that had everyone in the world buying the Black Album. Though there was a track or two that I didn't feel was that great. Jay still holds it down in what ever he is featured or whatever.
3. Lil Wayne:
I agree with the MTV people on this, GET AN ALBUM! Da Drought has been over about 5 times now, and Da Drought lasted 3 times plus the 3rd was a double-disc. There is the Prefix, the Suffix, Lil Weezyana, Weezyaveli, etc. Leave the underground fame to the underground artists okay. And Lollipop wasn't hot until iIheard that Ryan Leslie piano-freestyle.
You still the man though. You are at #4 on my list.
4. Rick Ross:
Umm . . . question . . . why is this guy here? I don't think he's been hot since Push It To The Limit. And he wasn't even a top 10 rapper back then. Just because DJ Khaled gives you hot beats and you can get featured on nice remixes doesn't make you nice . . . and you're fat . . . yeah I saw that magazine cover. Not on my list
5. Snoop Dogg:
Snoop doesn't rap anymore world, he sings, you all heard the lovely vocals on Sexual Seduction. So you don't qualify for this list. I still think you nice though.
6. 50 Cent:
So, Mr. Cent, first you got rich and stopped trying, then you got money and stopped making nice songs . . . again? Yeah um, you are definitely not on my list, people bought your album because of one single and your first album, it was a dissapointment. I'm glad I stole it from Target instead of buying it and i'm glad i gave it away. I'll Still Kill ft. Akon is hot though, the again, it features Akon.
7. Lupe Fiasco:
A fresh cool young Lu, well you ain't fresh but you are that nice. If it wasn't for Lupe's verse on the Everyone Nose Remix, i never would have understood the song, the is crazy, the album is religiously addictive, the singles are hot, and you rap about relevant information. You are either 2 or 3 on my list, I think you might have a little up on Kanye though.
8. Young Jeezy:
You're better than I give you credit for, probably because usually whoever else is on the track outshines you, you make good music though. I still need a single from you, you don't make my top 5 but you're up there.
(funny how i started talking to the rappers directly)
9. Andre 3000:
No single, you can rap, but you haven't even been featured on that many verses lately. I think you were nice on the . . . Walk It Out Remix? That was maddd long ago son. Yeah i don't think you make this list either.
10.T.I.:
Why is T.I. so revered? Ludacris is wayyyy better. T.I. is not the king of the south, he's a prisoner actually. (So does that make him like a prisoner of war or something, and does he get perks because he's royalty?) The King wasn't even that hot and that was madd long ago. Stick to acting, I liked you better in American Gangster than on my radio.
My List
1. Jay-Z
2. Lupe Fiasco
3. Kanye West
4. Lil Wayne
5. Nas (anybody heard Be A Nigger Too? Nas is still spittin that knowledge)
6. Wyclef Jean (quite underated yet everybody loves Sweetest Girl. Check out Fast Car and the Remix ft. Lupe)
7. Young Jeezy
8. Jim Jones (hurts me to say so, but Love Me No More is nice)
9. Soulja Boy (people may question his lyrical skills but the words rhyme and we love to say them, plus he makes us dance)
10. CRS (because i had to put as much N.E.R.D. as i could on this list, and Kanye and Lupe are nice)
2. Jay-Z
3. Lil Wayne
4. Rick Ross
5. Snoop Dogg
6. 50 Cent
7. Lupe Fiasco
8. Young Jeezy
9. Andre 3000

I'm Busy, You're Ugly
So today was a pretty cool day for me. I got to stay home instead if going to school because i had a doctor's appointment. It was fun waking up at 9 and just chilling in general. Funny thing happened though, while the nurse was giving me a blood test she asked me, "who you calling ugly"? I was confused until she pointed at my shirt. A great shirt that my girlfriend got me which represents my inner-jerk. I think the whole world should go up to the city (Manhattan for you out of towners) and buy cool shirts that say jerkish things. Because sometimes a shirt just says everything you dont feel like saying for you.
This makes me think of a song

Everyone Noes music video . . . finally
Well after all the girls have been standing in the line for the bathroom for a few months, we finally get to see them for ourselves. Okay I never really understood this song but i thought it was catchy. Now watching the video, i guess the song is about partying, doing drugs and drinking. Peep Kanye's 5 seconds on fame in this (as if he needs more).

The music just keeps coming
Hello world, if you thought that yesterdays Kanye would be enough to last you for a while, well you don't have to worry about that anymore.
The computerized voice is back also, on this track featuring Young Jeezy. Jeezy doesn't do anything special here, i mean when does he ever? But Kanye's verse is great.
Shouts to Stev0 for this, i stole it off of your blog

Alright, today wasn't much of a school day because I had business to handle. I stopped by after though and played some ball. After that I went home and my homie Preskool (if thats what he's going by now) sent me this link to some song. It's crazy.
P.S. the T-Pain computerized voice technique works . . . for every one
Lil Wayne ft. Kanye West - Lollipop Remix
Added bonus
Ryan Leslie making magic

To all my connoisseurs of music out there here's something new for you. http://www.zshare.net/audio/119094612033ea7f/
The Everyone Noes Remix by N.E.R.D. ft. CRS & Pusha T. Yeah I know, where did Pusha T come from, someone tell these gangster rappers stop followinf Lupe and getting featured on these tracks. Well Pusha's verse is the last and isn't anything special, but the rest of the song is crack.
And for all you The Cool Kids fans, check out Kidz In The Hall, they sound just like them but wit a little more excitement. I prefer the "chillaxness" of The Cool Kids personally.
Random song of the week:
I Missed The Bus - Kriss Kross

choo!
Lately there have been sightings of fake-chooers out in the world. Three of these perpatrators have been dealt with by MC. Basically what we're saying is, u fake-choo, we'll find you. And then you'll catch the business, and we all know you don't want the business.
So besides that, I endured a boring day of classes, the countdown till freedom is still going strong. Got my workout on, there isn't much to report on during senior year.
